One more time! Another spring with turtles to look forward to. And if it's anything like last year some frogs, turtles and snakes as well.

If you see a turtle, frog or snake trying to cross the road, and it is safe to do so, please help it across. You can find information on how to do that here: CWF Helping Turtles.

And if you see an injured turtle, even if they appear dead, please give us a call.

This year we will continue looking for turtle nests and putting out nest protectors. We will also be conducting a census of the herps in our survey area to establish a benchmark for future years.
